Equestrian Fitness improvement in 8 weeks!

What is the Equestrian Fitness Program?

Each week there is a new 30-minute workout waiting for you in our program. You do each workout a total of 3 times to build up in level of fitness and to master the techniques. Feel free to repeat a workout one or two more times if you find yourself not ready to take the next step. When you complete each workout 3 times (at least a day of rest in between) you will notice that the exercises become easier and more controlled and fulfilling the sets becomes less challenging. During the workout, options are given for the exercises to make the exercise more challenging or accessible. This way you can always adjust the workout to your level! The 8 workouts remain available to you, even after the 8 weeks have past. So you can always start again or choose a training randomly when you have completed all of the workouts.
